The Office of Faculty Advancement and Engagement serves as a resource to facilitate the promotion of faculty members across all College of Medicine – Jacksonville departments. The office coordinates participation in faculty engagement surveys to better understand faculty needs and improve the overall faculty experience and retention. In addition, the office serves to promote the excellence of all College of Medicine – Jacksonville faculty by providing faculty mentoring and supporting the nominations for national, university, and college-level faculty awards and recognition.
