Mentorship and Advocacy Subcommittee Co-Chair: This committee will engage faculty to personally become agents of positive change with the goal of creating a psychological safe environment for all faculty, residents and staff.

Excellence Recognition Subcommittee Co-Chair: This committee will formally recognize the outstanding work of WIMS members by pursuing both internal awards within the institution and external awards at the local/regional and national levels.

Education and Professional Development Subcommittee Co-Chair: This committee will provide education on academic and nonacademic topics including Wellbeing, leadership skills and career development. This committee will facilitate educational meetings for WIMS membership, which is open to all faculty.

Engagement and Outreach Taskforce Co-Chair: This committee will enhances engagement among members of WIMS through meaningful social events and service-oriented initiatives. By fostering connection, collaboration, and outreach, the Taskforce aims to strengthen the WIMS community and its impact in the organization.
