About Bharti Jasra

Bharti Jasra, M.D., FACS, is a University of Florida associate professor of surgery and a board-certified surgeon at UF Health Jacksonville. She also serves as section chief for Breast Surgery. She received her medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India. Dr. Jasra completed her surgery residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in Bronx, New York, and Saint Louis University Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri. She also completed a breast surgical oncology fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Jasra specializes in intraoperative breast ultrasound, management of breast cancer, management of high-risk patients with benign breast disease, oncoplastic breast surgery and total-skin- and nipple-sparing mastectomies.
