The Office of Educational Affairs (OEA) offers an ongoing faculty development curriculum designed to enhance the expertise and skills of the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville faculty. 

UF Health Office of Training and Development

The Dean’s Office for Faculty Advancement and Engagement works closely with the UF Health Office on Training and Development to provide the opportunity for faculty, residents and allied health professionals for leadership development programs:

  • STEP – Support Tomorrow’s Emerging Performers: Cohort Program, open applications
  • STRIVE – Demonstrated leadership growth and capability: Self-Guided Program and all are welcome; open registration for classes
  • LEAP – Leadership, Excellence, Action, Partnership: Cohort Program; Nominations are by Senior/Executive Leaders
